Seminar with students of Economy from Denmark

From Denmark came a group of about 100 students of economics. Michael Igrens from Spanienmäklarna had organized a seminar in which Nykredit, Cyclo and Spainmäklarna participated. The seminar was to inform students about the economical aspects of buying and selling properties in Spain.

Nykredit informed about how to take out a mortgage in Spain. The variables and concepts to consider when requested.

Spainmäklarna and Michael gave a talk about the sale of properties from the point of view as a professional Real Estate Agent. Cyclo and Heidi Andersen spoke about the economic and legal aspects, the taxes and expenses involved.

It was a very interesting morning; students seemed to enjoy their stay and the information day being active in raising questions and different scenarios.

We thank Michael Igrens Spainmäklarna for inviting us to participate as well as the other participants, hopefully we will soon meet gain for a new event.
