Rebates. Employment and Social Security Legal Consultancy.

The Ministry of Employment and Social Security publishes a list each year of the types of contract subject to rebates.

The duration of the rebate ranges from one year up to the entire period of the contract, with sums also ranging from € 600 per year up to 100% of the employer's Social Security contribution. Companies can take advantage of these rebates on Social Security contributions if they sign permanent employment contracts with workers of certain characteristics, such as young unemployed people, those aged over 59, unemployed women, women resuming work within 24 months of giving birth, victims of gender violence, the disabled, former convicts, etc.
