The Employment Inspectorate is the body which supervises compliance by companies and self-employed workers in the field of Social Security, employment regulations and contracts and Health and Safety at Work.

When inspectors visit a company's premises, they question the business owner and the workers. They will serve a presentation notice for a few days later, which the company should immediately pass on to our consultancy so that we can deal with submitting all the documentation, payment records, etc. and any other requirements imposed at the Employment Inspectorate offices in Malaga.
