At CYCLO we aim to use all our knowledge and experience in the world of business to assist you.
After many years advising our clients on legal, taxation, accounting, employment law matters, etc., we have learnt that running a business is no easy task, and that however much knowledge a client may possess about the above areas, a combination of skills and prior business knowledge is a must if one is to steer a company along a successful course.
The skills required by a potential business owner may be assumed simply on the basis of the decision to set up an enterprise on one's own or in partnership with others, a decision which in itself suggests a series of acquired or innate abilities and qualities: the creation of a business idea, the courage to embark on an uncertain enterprise, etc. And at CYCLO, of course, there is little we can provide in the way of advice in terms of these skills and abilities. One thing we would say, though, is that there is one quality which we have found in all successful business owners, and found to be lacking in those who fall by the wayside: perseverance. If you don't have it, best not even to begin a business venture.
What we can do for you, however, is to help detect in advance the problems involved and the decisions required from the outset of your business, and so help you plan the best way to run your company.
